Python Developer (Risk or Front Office) - £550 - £600 per day - Dublin (12 months contract)
Must have Investment Banking experience in Risk or Front Office
Must be willing to relocate to Dublin
My client is looking for skilled Python developers to help with their global strategic initiative to standardize the systems involved with their order and trade flow or Risk management. Be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and/or maintaining applications for the investment banks.
- Responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and/or maintaining applications
- Enterprise application development using Python
- Design, code, test and document programs
- Work closely with business partners to understand and define requirements for the system
- Requirements will be flexible based on Clients needs
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Excellent development experience on Python
- Desirable experience on WPF, KDB, NoSQL, MQ and React
- Desirable C++ and Linux
- Experience on participating in end-to-end development life cycle in a rigorous test driven software development environment
- Good understanding of instruments and products across asset classes, Front Office and Middle Office processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of Agile software development process is desirable
- Good attitude, communication skills and proactive team player
The successful candidate can look to receive up to GBP 600 per day depending on the experience.
