Hanson Regan are currently looking for a Senior BI Project Manager.
We are looking for someone who has a solid background working as a Project Manager with BI experience ideally on multiple platforms ( SAP, Oracle, Microsoft )
Responsible for developing and enforcing the overall project plan, based on agreed-upon scope, schedule and resources.
Work with the Workstream Leads to ensure that detailed implementation plans are developed and aligned with other workstreams and overall project plan
Manage the project execution and resources to ensure that project tasks and milestones are completed on a timely basis.
Ensure that project deliverables are completed as per the plan and required sign-offs are obtained.
Manage project risks, issues, scope changes and decisions as per agreed procedures. Ensure that project related decisions are properly reviewed and documented
Seek resolution for identified issues/risks escalating to Project Leads, as appropriate.
Follow-up OCM Process (One Change Management process is the official way to report and admin an IT project under Client standards and tools)
Support project documentation development & project status updates.
Report project progress to the Project Leads
Maintain the project plan, track budget (supported by PMO) and prepare report on overall status of the project (milestones, effort, budget, risks and issues)
Support Project Leads in operational management (meeting & workshop coordination)
Lead the core project team meetings and support Project Leads in preparation for Operational Steering Committee meetings (with project Vice-Presidents sponsors)
