Description
One of the leading clients is currently seeking for a Customer Journey Expert on a 6/12 month rolling contract in Amsterdam, NL.
You'll be expected to make travels to Belgium every other week.
As a Customer Journey Expert, you'll be required to be skilled within the following:
- Regularly travelling between both countries is not an issue for you.
- That given your previous missions, you are aware off and have operated in an Agile environment.
- During your previous assignments - as business, process or data analyst - you gained hands on experience in process & data modelling and documenting of business processes within the financial industry - preferably within banking.
- The experience you gained, helped you build up a full understanding of business processes & terms and definitions used in data modelling.
- Being a seasoned analyst (with more than 7 years' experience), you are well aware of the challenges that Tribes and Squad may face. Your creativity, your persistence and communication skills helped you and motivated your business partners, to complete your tasks on time.
- You are proficient in English (verbal and writing).
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree.
