Description
His/Her mission will be to help customer organization to deploy our monitoring strategy with the existing enterprise network monitoring platform (Manage Engine Ops Manager)
More specific
- Work on Manage Engine Ops manager tool to fine tune SLAs monitoring and capacity planning
- Network and Server Infrastructure monitoring
- Applications and Database monitoring
- Prompt detection, classification and resolution of alerts and incidents
- Early preventive event analysis
- Proactive infrastructure performance measurement
- Prepare advanced reporting for network performance, availability and measure SLAs
Skills
- More than 4-5 years' experience with Enterprise Monitoring tools (Manage Engine OpManager, Nagios, CA Spectrum, HP Open view etc)
- Deep knowledge and experience with the SNMP and WMI protocols, MIB Integration and trap analysis
- Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and tools
- Experience with Networking protocols
- Experienced with Hypervisor technology (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-v etc)
- Fluent in English
