Description
Agile Coach is required for an initial 2-3 month contract with a leading Asset Manager based in the City. This is to work within the Front Office IT Function. There is a strong likelihood this will extend for a further 6 - 9 months.
Experience:
- Coaching Agile teams across IT and Operations on the Agile mindset, behaviours and processes
- Targeted 1:1 training and coaching for team members
- Developing and implementing the organisation's bespoke Agile framework
- Developing and implementing Agile maturity assessments and performance metrics
- Ideally SAFe certified
- Financial Services experience, ideally Asset/Investment Management/Buy Side
