Technical Support Analyst- Level 2
Industry leading Fortune 500 Company is looking for a tactical Technical Support Analyst to join their group over in their headquarters located near the new Braves stadium.
We seek a Technical Support Analyst to provide level 2 support to all internal and external end users all the way up to executive level. You will support, diagnose and deploy software and hardware to all end users. Also, you will troubleshoot any network related issues, research resolution, and escalate to appropriate level support if unable to resolve.
This exciting 6 month contract position located in Atlanta, GA offers a great opportunity to get your foot in the door within a stable company.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2 + years of Technical Support experience (Level 1 or 2 support)
- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware networking issues
- Experience with Windows 7
- Excellent Communication Skills
