Description
Montreal Associates is currently recruiting for a S4/HANA Finance Architect with strong Vistex knowledge for a multinational software corporation based in Spain, Barcelona. You will be supporting their client on the solution review of a global ERP implementation and deployment.
Job details:
Customer is currently running a transformation program to create one single ERP instance for Back Office processes (commercials). The pilot countries went live in summer 2018. Now the customer is preparing the deployment to US.
The following SAP products are in scope: SAP S/4HANA 1610, Vistex, SAP MDG, SAP TRM, SAP GRS, SAP GRC. The release upgrade to S/4HANA 1809 is planned for 2020. The following project milestones are scheduled for :
- US Wave 2 (full scope)
- Upgrade: S/4HANA 1809 Upgrade
- EU Wave 2 (treasury)
Tasks:
Customer Vistex Process in Scope:
- Commercial Policy Definition
- Trade Contributions & Agreement
- Tender Management
- Trade Analytics
- Stock in Trade
To do a solution review, currently in design phase.
- Checking of Documentation/System
- Interviews with project team
- Solution/Review report with findings
Skills : Vistex knowledge on following topics :
- Complex contract creation (too many manual steps)
- Free Price Model not stable/mature
- Settlement of credit notes (manual adjustments required)
- Trade service
- Performing solution/process review for implemented scenarios/Customer wants to check the current design.
