Our Fortune 500 client in Colorado Springs has an opening for a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business and/or technology groups and to play a key role in the development of market-changing projects such as building systems for high priority company needs. This unique assignment will give the right person the chance to expand technical and analytical skills, while also developing strong communication skills while working across a multitude of IT projects and initiatives. - Demonstrated success leveraging industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
- Agility in learning new systems and processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with and influence others
- Listening, verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details
