Internal Communications: Point Of Sale: Convinience Retail: World Energy Co.
World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Implementer to be responsible for all in-shop NFR (Non-fuels retailing) promotions from brief, creation, activation, measurement.
The Role:
*The role is responsible for managing the creation and deployment of Convinience Retail shop campaigns.
*The role is a critical liaison between the Conviniemcd retail (shop) team and operations and is leading the process of artwork creation, print and deployment to site
*Key POS focal point for Sales & Ops queries
*On-site digital screen lead (content management & deployment)
*Support Care & Maintain shop format program from POS
*Supports internal Comms Manager on ad-hoc Comms when needed
*Brief creation, POS Artwork creation, Project and Campaign Management, Agency Management, Internal Comms support
The Candidate:
*3 years point of Sale/BTL retail experience & knowledge essential
*Print production knowledge is beneficial.
*3rd party agency management experience essential
*A proven record of exceptional stakeholder management
*Previous experience working on In-design and artwork tools is required
*Creating artwork files to a print ready format (eg: PDF)
*Exceptional attention to detail is a necessity
*Strong end to end project management
*Working knowledge of Adobe Indesign for artwork creation, as well as using online "artwork builder" tool
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
