We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager (Dutch and French speaking) for an interesting company based in Brussels. This is a contract position. The project is for about 1 year with the possibility to extend.
Project description
In this role you will be working in a complex IT environment. You will be furthermore responsible for the SLA'S for these complex service delivery activities. You will work with the ITIL principles and projects are also focused on outsourcing of large data sets. In this role you have to communicate in Dutch and/or French. It is also find when you are fluent in one of these languages and you are able to understand the other language. Experience within the Utility or telecom sector is a plus.
