SAP MM Consultant with SRM - Brussels
Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH and/or DUTCH
Skills and Experience:
- At least 10 years experience in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of the MM module, in particular purchase: purchase flows, purchase documents, release strategies and supplier assessment.
- Thorough knowledge of SRM: implementation of e-catalogues, data mapping and attribute management.
- Knowledge of customising the SAP Supply modules.
- At least 2 years experience working with: MS Office IT applications, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, MS Projects.
- Knowledge of Ariba is an advantage.
Description of work:
- Supervision, analysis and implementation of the roll-out of solutions.
- Creation of blueprints.
- Identifying the different processes used by the business.
- Ensure customisation and support of the following domains:
- SAP-MM (purchase needs, RFQ, allocation of markets, orders).
- In-gave of services
- SAP-SRM (management of supplier catalogues)
- SAP-QM (quality management in purchasing flow)
- To be the contact point for the collection of customer needs, to be able to interpret these needs and to translate them technically.
- Analyze, plan and follow up the requested projects.
- Ensuring that all deliverables are released in the timescales agreed with the business.
- Testing the solution and ensuring its quality.
- Prepare test scenarios for the key user and guide them through the UAT.
- Training and daily supervision of the key-users.
- Updating and creating documentation and work instructions.
- Responsible for the integration with other projects/modules.
- Managing procurement processes; both standard and custom made.
- Documentation of functional specifications, change requests, configurations.
- Delivery of training material and test scenarios.
- Management of the database related to the above domains.
