Job Role: Identity And Access Management

Duration: 6 months

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Job Summary

The candidate must have a good knowledge on the standard practices followed in the installation, upgradation and implementation of projects, Tasks carried out at each stage from onboarding to the successful deployment of the project. The position performs initial production readiness and appropriate user testing activities including identification and resolution of noted errors or deficiencies prior to implementation on all environments. The role performs analysis and assessment of the existing solution and documenting it. The role performs assessment of AS-IS IAM AD User creation process and documenting it. The role additionally performs assessment of DDS+ process of IAM AD User creation. Understanding of the existing user tool features and mapping it to the new DDS+ Tool. The role performs project implementation activities using aligned industry frameworks and standards including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework which details the IT industry's mandated standards and procedures to determine improvement recommendations such as for IT operations and delivery.

Essential Functions of Job

  • The Candidate should have good knowledge on Active Directory and other Identity and Access Management concepts and practices.
  • Should be experienced in handling User Access Management and User Provisioning, Deprovisioning and Update Concepts.
  • Experienced in working with Active Directory and other Identity Management Solutions providing basic Create, Read, Update and Delete Functions.
  • Should have good knowledge on PowerShell Scripting and other Scripting languages.
  • Ability to analyze errors in migration and troubleshoot to Remedy the cause.
  • Analyze and Document the current process and features involved in the IAM Lifecycle Process.
  • Map the Existing features from the user tool to new DDS+ Tool which is to be implemented.
  • Documenting the proposed solution with upstream and downstream integration.
  • Proof of Concept (POC) for the process involved in implementing the proposed solution.
  • Documentation of all the process involved from the existing scenario to the TO BE Deployed case of the project.
  • Transition to ongoing support teams - troubleshooting guide, stakeholder contacts, maintenance scripts.
  • Providing continued support for the Support Team in cases of any issues being faced.
  • Performs implementation planning, execution, monitoring and post-implementation review activities to capture lessons learned" with a forward view of improving best practices for IAM services.
  • Recognizes, as appropriate, the use of industry standards such as PMI and ITIL and in the frameworks' best practices that have been selected.
  • Uses advanced knowledge and skills to guide discussions and embed the adoption and adherence of the best industry standards by the team and their efforts.
  • Provides the appropriate IAM's Business As Usual (BAU) support including performance and capacity metrics monitoring to identify improvement opportunities and maintain operational readiness.
  • Partners on aspects of IT Implementation with peers and business colleagues across a diverse culture and multiple time zones.
