Service Assurance Manager - Service Transition - ITIL - Dublin - Contract
My client, a global retailer, are looking for a Service Assurance Manager to join their Dublin HQ on an initial 6 month contract.
Key Interactions and engagement with as part of role:

Working with key support partners to establish governance within our deployed processes.

Working closely with ICT project teams both business solutions and infrastructure to ensure process awareness and compliance for both ITIL and Service Transition.

Working closely with 3rd Party Vendors to ensure process compliance within the business

Reporting and presenting into the Service Management team, advising on process compliance and project conformance

Working closely with our Project Management Office
Essential knowledge, education, skills and experience:
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years' experience working in service assurance role to support the above responsibilities. They should carry an ITIL qualification and ideally have some experience within retail.
