Senior Support Analyst x2 - Brussels
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Support Analyst on a 6 month contract to join a dynamic and busy international team based in Brussels.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
MANUFACTURING SR. SUPPORT ANALYST
Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Manufacturing modules like PDM, SFM, MRP, WO processing, MFG Acct.Resource having techno functional skills to support issues is desirable.Support for interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay and Labelling solutions, Oracle APS etc is desirableAbility to understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processGeneral Support Responsibilities:
Application testing for all system changes and projects.Knowledge transfer and other support related activity.Second level support for resolution of service requests.Second level support for resolution of system defectsKey involvement in the resolution of high severity user issues and system defectsReview and approve root cause analysis, work arounds and supportDocumentation prepared by Support analystsProvide guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving very complex issues.Interact with Business users throughout the life cycle of the support call from initiation till closure.Resolving all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged thru Help deskRegular interaction with JDE development and CNC Admin support team to involve them in resolving issues.Own the support tickets pertaining to their respective Modules till closure.Provide On call support after business hours for high severity issues.Experience in working on JDE projects with onsite - offshore model for Application Development and support.DISTRIBUTION SR. Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution modulesResource having techno functional skills to support issues is desirable.Experience in WMS interface HighJump and Transportation modulesWorking knowledge is must on EDI, Vertex, FedExSupport for interfaces like IBM I5 for rebates, IBM Model-N pricing for Advance pricing, Oracle APS is desirableUnderstand and support Real Time/near Real Time interfaces through MQ Series, BSSV etc.General Support Responsibilities:
