Our client in Budapest is looking for an English-speaking SAP Archiving expert to assist with an ongoing implementation.
Role description:
- Follow The Sun (FTS) incident management support for all Archiving and Document Management Solutions
- Maintaining system integrity/availability and controls for Archiving and Document Management Solutions
- Provide system stakeholder reports and metrics with key performance indicators
- Coordinate technical execution of large cross-functional activities
- Perform System Administration activities
- Implement system/alert monitoring and proactive health checks
- Provide regular system maintenance services (eg maintain RFC, SAP Profiles, File system cleanup, login groups/load balancing, etc.)
- Provide Problem Management for issues owned by Archiving support group
- Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements
- Execute DR and Cyber Recovery tests
- Build and configure Archiving and Document Management solutions and Servers according to standard practices, designs and guidelines
- Provide focused technical recommendations on upgrades and other fixes.
- Propose and implement new processes that improve quality and quantity of the deliverables. This can include the writing and support scripts to help the implementation and the support of Archiving and Document Management components
- Perform data/document archiving and archived data/document retrieval
