Client Service Manager - Commercial Banking - Edinburgh - Contract
Role: Client Service Manager
Rate: £325 - £350 per day
Duration: 5 months with view to extend
Start: ASAP, immediately available candidates preferred
Opportunity to join a market leading Financial Services client with a base in Edinburgh to work as a contract Client Service Manager on a long-term programme.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years client relationship experience within financial services institutions providing excellent service to every client that you interact with.
- Exposure to commercial banking clients and digital banking would be beneficial
- Experience in requirements gathering, running workshops, client support process mapping and business readiness support
- Any business analysis skills or project experience would be highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, an eagerness to work collaboratively
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
