Currently hiring for a Reporting analyst / Regulatory reporting for a initial 12 months contract based in Central London for our leading client

Key Requirement:
Experience of working in a Regulatory/transaction reporting role covering the reporting of EMIR and REMIT Gas, Power & Emissions trades/products is required.
Key Accountabilities:
- Liaise with Commercial, Risk Control, Compliance, other functional groups and external parties to resolve regulatory reporting issues and/or discrepancies.
- Understand and assist in maintaining regulatory reporting infrastructure (EMIR & REMIT) including managing data mappings in ETRMs and Equias across multiple markets.
- Remain informed about internal system changes and understand the subsequent impacts on reporting.
- Participate in efforts to maintain working interface with Equias (our RRM) and DTCC.
- Perform daily data reconciliations
- Monitor trade submission error logs, performing root cause analysis when necessary, to ensure that trades are reported within specified timeframes.
- Navigate through multiple systems to identify and understand trade discrepancies.
- Prepare data to facilitate the execution of critical business activities.
- Develop and produce KPIs and tracking reports.
- Working with IT & Equias to resolve issues and discrepancies.
