Description
• Good Communication skills• ITIL concepts strongly preferred
• Microsoft office specialist preferred
• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of ‘ServiceNow’
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Active Directory
• Minimum 5 + years’ experience in a customer facing technical 1st and 2nd line IT Support
• Knowledge or experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, configuration)
• ITIL V3 service transition certified (Preferred)
Type of Employment- Contract (12 months extendable)
