Description
My client are a looking for a Netsuite Support Analyst to join them on initial 6 month contract. You must of completed at least 1 netsuite upgrade cycle. Ideally you will have intergration experience as well.
JOB SCOPE
To support our global customers on; our global processes, issue resolution, training, enhancements and upgrades in line with our governance and service levels for our finance systems support.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- To become an integrated and respected member of our highly motivated finance systems support team who cover financial systems for our attractions, reporting and consolidations.
- To have the ability to adapt to new finance systems in a changing landscape.
- To build strong working relationships within the business across multiple disciplines, to deliver resolutions and solutions in line with our governance and service levels.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support and train our global customers to agreed timelines.
- To deliver tested robust solutions.
- To understand the impact of changes and upgrades to our finance systems and customers.
- To support new finance systems.
- Ad hoc requests.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
- 2-3 years' experience on NetSuite support; General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Inter-company, Projects, Fixed Assets and Workflows.
- 2-3 years' experience of working within a global finance support team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
