Description
Automation Architect required to join a leading client in Luxembourg on an initial 6 month contract.
In a very large scale IT environment, Technical automation is a crucial internal tool provided to a team of 28 architects under the responsibility of the Lead Architect. Your mission is to lead the evolution of technical automation across various technologies, and work on integration of technical automation with higher-level orchestration and workflows to provide a full efficient chain.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Ansible, Jenkins. Experience in integrating these tools in a larger chain.
- Python development, web services development
- ITIL
Desirable Technical skills:
- Puppet, Rundeck, Cfengine, Saltstack, Chef, preferably in their enterprise editions
- BPM solutions (such as Oracle BPM), SOA
Soft skills:
- Ability to work and communicate in a multi-cultural environment
- Service-oriented mind-set
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in a clear and concise manner
- Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Any other European language is a plus
Experience required:
- 5 years of experience in IT architecture, including 2 years of experience working on the implementation of technical automation in a large IT environment
- Technical automation tool
- CMDB webservices
