User Researcher - London SW1 - £400pd Inside IR35 - 3 months

We here at Parity have an exciting opportunity for User Researchers to join our major public sector client in London SW1 on an initial 3-month interim. You will work closely with colleagues to generate insight and feedback to help drive the development of new and existing services. This role is to support the software engineering team to deliver quality web products for a broad user base. All candidates MUST be able to demonstrate such experience within the public sector.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead research to help colleagues design user focused digital services that are engaging, innovative and authoritative.
- Plan, design and conduct in-house research and analysis to support the design and development of digital services.
- Understand user needs and requirements by working closely with teams across the organisation to gather evidence using a range of user research techniques.
- Apply knowledge in human factors, user behaviour and the user-centred design process to the product and service design.
- Lead usability testing and research processes from delivering discussion guides and stimulus material and conducting the sessions through to analysis and report writing.
- Working to tight deadlines, balancing need for useful outputs against the demands of the organisation for delivery
Must be able to undergo security clearances
