Currently hiring for a Senior Change Consultant / Manager to be based in Central London for one of our leading oil & gas clientsChange consultant with a management consulting background in organizational change management. Strong L&D focus required to join the Transformational Change practice to design and develop L&D materials to help up skill the practice employees on the core change management competency areas.
Must Have's:
- Management consulting background
- Subject matter expertise across the core change management competency areas
- Able to produce high quality materials at pace
- Learning needs analysis and content development
- Experience with delivering change projects
- Strong consulting skills
