Are you an experienced IT Service Desk/IT Helpdesk Analyst, Slovenian speaking?
If so, we are looking for you, to join a dynamic and busy international team in Gdansk, Poland.
The IT Service Desk/IT Helpdesk Analyst, Slovenian speaking will be part of the IT Support team which provides the following Support:
Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk/IT Helpdesk Analyst, Slovenian speaking:
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic programs.
- Determine the best solution for faster resolution of the end-users issue.
- Educate and guide the end-user through problem-solving.
- Provide information on IT products or services based on the end-user query.
- Record all issues and their resolution in the IT ticketing tool.
- Follow-up and update end-user on status and information of the issue reported.
- Identify and suggest improvements on current processes followed.
Requirements for the IT Service Desk/IT Helpdesk Analyst, Slovenian speaking:
- Perfect if you have already experience in IT Customer Support
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Slovenian
- Team player
- Ability to handle curveballs
- Goal-oriented focus
- Interactive personality
You MUST speak fluent Slovenian and MUST have an EU work permit.
