Description
A leading telecom company is looking for a new contractor who will act as SuccessFactors LMS, Performance and Integration Consultant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure the SuccessFactors LMS solution and perform initial testing
- Identify system functional gaps which will require system enhancements/customization
- Test the SuccessFactors solution for accuracy and fulfillment of LMS solution
- Train users in master data management, transactional activity, and report execution
- Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) related to a Human Resources, Management, or IT discipline, or a related field of study;
- SuccessFactors project implementation experience
- Integration experience with other SuccessFactors process areas
Preferred:
- SuccessFactors Integration Center experience
- Learning center management: create and rollout learning modules in the multiple OpCos
- Performance, Goals, Succession management
- Backup and archiving
- Maintain users and access
- Experience in goal management, group management, report management (writing monthly quarterly reports)
- Experience in learning management, user management, and the backlog is highly appreciated
