Description
Our client is seeking an a SolarWinds Configuration Engineer with Cisco for the implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and supported of SolarWinds.
Candidates must have experience in configuring, and maintaining large SolarWinds environments. You will work alongside a managed service provider for the deployment phase for 5 to 6 weeks and then take over to do ongoing configurations. This is an ongoing contract that will last several years plus.
Modules:
NPM - Network Performance Monitor
NCM - Network Configuration Manager
NTA - NetFlow Traffic Analyzer
UDT - User Device Tracker
IPAM - IP Address Manager
SRM - Storage Resource Monitor
APE - Additional Polling Engine
VMAN - Virtualization Manager
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for working along with SolarWinds software installer during the 5-6 week deployment phase.
Work with functional areas to determine needs
Creating, adding devices and modifying new environments.
Create maps of statewide functional areas.
Be able to troubleshoot all installed software modules.
