In order to adapt to the fast changing Belgian Energy market, and to realize its strategic ambitions, the client has designed a Corporate Transformation Roadmap. In there, IT is a key enabler for many of the initiatives defined.

Within the Transformation Roadmap, Atrias is one of the Strategic initiatives. A joined team Business-IT and a multi-disciplinary taskforce is being ramped-up in order to restart the project.

Considering the size and complexity of this project, the company is looking for a dedicated Process analyst to set-up and maintain project functional analysis and coordination and to support the Project Manager in successful delivery.

Mission

You will be allocated on our main project: ATRIAS. This project will prepare the company for the change of market processes planned for September 2021. Together with all the main stakeholders on the energy market (energy suppliers, the distribution grid operators and one single clearing house) a new market model and improved market processes will be developed.

Process analyst is responsible for the analysis, documentation and follow-up of the processes within the company to be compliant with the Atrias market requirements. Together with all stakeholders, he/she will propose and support most appropriate solution that fits the business needs. He/she will follow-up the change requests required by the energy market or by the internal organization, review the impact for the company, and provide feedback. He/she will align on regular basis with different stakeholders and organize structured meetings. He/she will support the business users in their project activities, eg testing support, change management, organizational change.

General Process analyst Tasks include

  • Take a leading role in the process analysis of Atrias market requirements.
  • Support the business users in their project activities (supporting testing (preparation, execution), work instructions, communication deliverables)
  • Support the functional analysts for producing the defined deliverables
  • Take initiative to align with different stakeholders
  • Support to prioritize business requirements
  • Ensures and reviews the process designs
  • Translate business needs into business analysis documentation
  • Evaluate the feasibility of the different solution taken into account the business feasibility and the future-proofness
  • Support the delivery of the deliverables by the functional analysts
  • Deliver documents in which impact and business analysis are described
  • Review and approve documentation and implementation
  • Representation of the company in the subject expert matter meetings of Atrias
  • Take care of a qualitative hand-over before project closure
  • Support the activities once the project or deliverables are in run

Background

Knowledge & EXPERIENCE

  • Master or similar experience
  • Significant and relevant similar experience in Business process analysis
  • Functional knowledge on the Atrias MIG6
  • Proven knowledge in Atrias documentation: mainly structuring, metering. Nice to have: settlement
  • Autonomous
  • Excellent analysis skills
