* 9-Month Marketing Account Coordinator Contract Opportunity in Manchester.*
My client, a top-tier technology company is looking to bring on a marketing account coordinator to join their team in Manchester for an initial 9-month contract. This role will predominantly be supporting the account executive team on a variety of campaigns. This would be a great role for a recent graduate with a year or two of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a key support person for the key accounts teams
- Daily task management, setting expectations and outlining realistic completion times with team members
- Create and suggest Search account optimisations using Bing Ads tools and utilising often complex corresponding data in Excel
- Solve customer problems by escalating to and collaborating with support engineers and other internal partners
- Work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives, enabling timely responses to customer requests
- Working with task-management processes and help foster innovation in tools and processes to make the team more effective and efficient
- Be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Experience working within a marketing/account coordinator type role
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (namely V-lookups, Pivot tables)
- Excellent communicative ability, both written and verbal
- Driven and hardworking mentality, able to self-motivate
- Creativity and desire to get involved in the creative process
