We require a skilled Marketing manager, Marketing consultant.

Marketing analyst, marketing strategist to work on the following activities:

This is a new and pivotal role in the marketing team, taking responsibility for driving a set of compelling marketing programmes for our business in Europe.

Leading a small team, this role needs an experienced and energetic marketing strategist with a proven ability to identify and exploit opportunities that drive results. Our continued reorientation towards digital programmes, compelling and relevant content and customer experience, means we are looking for a candidate with innovation and creativity and who is at the forefront of modern lead generation techniques in a B2B environment. In parallel this role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills in order to leverage knowledge from around the business regarding our products and services and turn this into successful revenue generating campaigns.

The Senior Marketing Manager will need to be able to:

  • Lead a structured go-to-market approach for all marketing campaigns and new product launches targeted at both existing customer and prospects.

  • Forge close working relationships with the Sales, Product and Product Marketing functions in order to identify business opportunities marketing can help to exploit.

  • Comfortably collaborate with Product and Product marketing to identify drivers, define messaging and segment markets and audiences accurately.

  • Take ownership of a holistic plan of suitable and cost effective campaigns to ensure we deliver against timelines needed to meet wider business goals. Input and agreement from other stakeholders will be key to success.

  • Apply industry knowledge and proven experience of all areas of the marketing mix to ensure we deliver the best engagement levels possible to the right target audience for all campaigns.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management of the marketing programmes team

  • Work effectively with the PR and communications team to ensure a consistent digital awareness and thought leadership positioning.

  • Provide analytical reporting to demonstrate performance and enable smart marketing decision making.

  • Proactively communicate marketing output across the business to raise profile and awareness of marketing activity and performance.

Key responsibilities:

Demand Generation

Oversee and approve all campaigns to ensure they:

  • have a clear objective and expected outcome

  • demonstrate an accurate interpretation and articulation of product and service offerings, key benefits and messages

  • deliver a compelling message, provoke change and instigate responses

  • utilise reference accounts and testimonial material for products and services

  • are correctly set up in the appropriate systems to ensure accurate deployment, tracking and reporting

  • utilise the most appropriate channels to focus on client acquisition vs nurture

Incorporate correct branding and relevant graphical imagery.

  • Manage the demand gen budget to deliver
  • A series of multi-channel campaigns appropriately targeted to the correct audiences via affordable and effective investments
