My Client in Central Brussels are looking for an experienced Release Manager with specialisation in Data Warehousing
Nature of the tasks to be carried out
- Software configuration management
- Build and continuous integration
- Establishment and maintenance of procedures related to deployment of information systems
- Management of development infrastructure
- Release management and controls
- Analysis of Data Warehouse performance
- Production of release documentation
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
- Capable of working in teams and active participation in project meetings with stakeholders
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation
Required knowledge and skills
- User provisioning and user access control management liked to data warehousing, certification in ISO27001 considered a big plus
- Excellent knowledge of data warehousing software deployment and management
- Excellent knowledge of data warehousing software release management
- Good knowledge of data warehousing building and deployment tools
- Good knowledge of data warehousing development tools
- In-depth knowledge of relational database systems applied to data warehousing
- In depth knowledge of SQL and Oracle (12c) RDBMS
- In-depth knowledge of relational database systems applied to data warehousing
- Ability to cope with fast-changing requirements and technologies used in application developments
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, certification is a plus
