PHP/Drupal Developer - Lombardy, Italy
Languages: ENGLISH only
Skills and Experience:
- Masters degree and at least 9 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of PHP programming languages
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Drupal Content Management Framework.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Drupal 8.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of PHP programming languages.
Description of work:
- Design, installation, migration, development and maintenance of collaborative websites to handle and display data and scientific information.
- Migrate website to host a mix of text (HTML) structured information pages, news and events, document libraries (PDF, Embedded video, pictures), custom search forms to perform database queries to display data.
- Creation of a number of restricted areas.
- Develop the new website's content to be easily managed by the designated editor(s) that are not necessarily IT specialists, exploiting the capability and flexibility of native or customised functions.
- Redeveloping the portal making maximally use of existing modules and out of the box modules on security acceptance considerations.
- Writing all the necessary and required documentation (such as requirements, user manual, technical reference) and train the scientific and technical personnel to be able to independently support the so created websites.
