Role: Data Scientist (all levels)
Location: Malmo, Sweden
Start: within 1 month required
Duration: 3 months initial, long term (12months plus)
Language: the language used on the project is English
Tools: Google Big Query, Machine Learning, data mining, data analysis
Rate: depending on experience, expenses must be included in the rate
Relationship: NV has placed multiple consultants onsite with this client before and uses the services of a local partner company to broker the contract.

These are very exciting times within the business as they the board and management team truly take into accounts new ideas, suggestions and are encouraging everyone to think outside the box. The transformation stretches all the way through the business, ranging from the website up to the way decisions are made and predictions for the future (stock, sales, market trends).
Within the ever-growing Data Science department an opportunity has arisen to integrate a new team of 5 data scientists, who will work closely together onsite in Malmo (full time). Initially there will be a 3-month contract, yet the total duration can easily stretch to 12 months and longer. Our client has made the shift from classic consulting to a full commitment of hiring skilled people and are investing heavily on this front as skill set and dedication, are more important than ever.

This team of 5 Data Scientists will consist of junior, medior to senior data scientists. Our client has a Google environment and welcomes data scientists with previous Google Big Query experience, yet is also open to Data Scientists who in preparation for the contract, are happy to cross train and pick up these new skills.
