Description
Logistics, Products and Services Consultant is required to work for a leading global logistics company to be based in Thailand. The Logistics, Products and Services Consultant is required to develop the Thailand Market/Sector and competitor analysis. Analyse the logistics company's current product and service portfolio with regards to opportunities to innovate existing products (or develop new products and services) utilizing big data technologies: as-is, target picture as well as tangible recommendations/tasks for the company to implement steps towards the defined target picture. (incl. prioritization, general timelines/milestones and risk assessment).
The Logistics, Products and Services Consultant will be responsible and possess the following criteria.
- Minimum Master's Degree (or PhD) in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience (logistics/big data architectures or comparable)
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in international management consulting (IT and/or technical consulting do not qualify)
- Excellent skills developing and presenting management presentations
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Thai nationals highly welcome
- PMI certification would be an asset
Task Description:
- Develop Thailand Logistics Sector and Competitor Analysis
- Analyse the company's current product and service portfolio with regards to opportunities to innovate existing products (or develop new products and services) utilizing big data technologies: as-is, target picture as well as tangible recommendations/tasks for company to implement steps towards the defined target picture. (incl. prioritization, general timelines/milestones and risk assessment)
- Develop high level revenue projections (delta between BAU vs. innovative big data product and service roadmap)
- Provide international best practice and training on the job to the local staff for all of the above.

- Provide commercial/product and service related inputs (and/or document sections) for logistics company's Big Data Solution tender(s)
