Senior LTE-VoLTE Optimization engineer:

MOST BE BRAZILIAN OR ABLE TO WORK IN BRAZIL

  • LTE & VoLTE performance senior engineer, with more than 5 years' proven experience in optimization projects (LTE & VoLTE).
  • Proven experience in RF shaping & DL/UL interference spectrum analysis (RTWP & PIM analysis/reporting).
  • LTE & VoLTE (Layer 3 & SIP messages) analysis including call/session failure analysis.
  • Troubleshooting of RAN VoLTE and LTE failure types and propose appropriate solutions including parameter & antenna configuration optimization.
  • LTE & VoLTE KPI monitoring and trending. Identification and troubleshooting of top offenders to resolution.
  • Mobility Strategy VoLTE to Legacy NW (UTRAN & GERAN for MOCN).
  • Programing skills. Ability to develop Macros & Tools for daily automation activities.
  • LTE & VoLTE UE logs analysis for troubleshooting & optimization.
  • Proficient creating technical documents & presentations.
  • Responsible for LTE & VoLTE cluster optimization and quality assurance & KQIs (Accessibility/registration, Retainability, Quality/MOS, Mobility, Throughput and E2E KQI).
  • Responsible for RAN capacity optimization & reporting.
  • Proficient on LTE & VoLTE feature optimization (testing & implementation).
  • Seniority to work independent and interact directly with the customer.
  • Capability to manage NCS tools for optimization & TS: VoLTE-DO, Geosythesis/Trace-Synthesis, MUSA, Netchart, eDAT-MTAP, Actix
