Michael Bailey Associates is now recruiting for a Senior Accounting Manager in Berkshire for an initial 12 Months contract for our Multinational Telecommunication Client.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for the financial accounting and reporting function, predominantly for the EMEA Region, but also for the International P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting, including Regional & Country monthly financial packages. The ideal candidate will takes the lead in accounting issues, projects, ad hoc reporting and financial analysis, and manage the annual External Audit for the Region.
The ideal candidate must have;
- Professional Accounting Qualification - ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
- Big 4 Accounting Firm experience combined with experience with at least one (preferably two)
- Strong knowledge and technical acumen for the accounting validation of the business results
- Strong background inGAAP Technical Accounting background
- Proficiency in advanced accounting concepts, including core financial statement preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts and Cash Flow.
