If you are a Quality Assurance specialist with PPI experience please get in touch ASAP to apply for this 6 month contract role in Glasgow.
You will be an experienced Quality Assurance professional and will be joining the Enterprise Assurance Team in my clients PPI Quality Assurance area.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering assurance on PPI complaints and providing confidence they are delivering fair customer outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and testing completed PPI complaints
Providing tailored reporting to management
Working to ensure that standards are met in relation to customer resolution
Continuously improving the Assurance Framework
Key Requirements:
Experience carrying out complaints assurance of PPI across Mortgages, Loans and Credit Cards
Strong attention to detail and ability to apply a methodical approach to assurance work
Ability to apply PPI policies
Ability to work towards tight deadlines and ensuring high standards of work produced
Ability to interpret complex data from multiple source
