Description
CRM Executive (Email Marketing) is required by my client, a multinational travel organisation based in the heart of London, to join them on an initial 1-month (potentially 2 months) contract starting ASAP following a one stage interview.
The CRM Executive will support the development of relevant communications and customer-centred online experiences with the objective of building stronger, more loyal relationships with our customers.
The CRM Executive will have the following responsibilities:
- Day-to-day activities and strategy coordination
- Working closely with various teams to ensure the campaigns have a clear, strong message which drives traffic and encourages conversion
- Build and deployment of all email marketing campaigns
- Supporting the CRM Manager with regular analysis and reporting of key customer and content insights
- Researching email trends, identifying new opportunities and best practices
The CRM Executive will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools including ESP's and/or Data Management Systems
- Experience with Bronto, Emarsys and/or Dotmailer
- Proven experience in HTML
- Strong communication skills
- A desire to learn and expand knowledge in CRM
- Proactive, collaborative and a true ambassador of the team and business
