Description

  • Financial Training Specialist- S4 HANA
  • 6 month contract
  • Role based in Cambridge

Working for a global Semiconductor organisation based in Cambridge we are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join a Finance Transformation program enabled by SAP S4 HANA. You will be required to produce training materials using existing process flows and impact assessment documents. You will also be creating E-learning to support the ongoing training of various user groups. Working closely with the Training Lead, SME's and BA's and the change team to gain the knowledge required to develop a robust training program and support the roll out of delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your training and finance capabilities in a fast-paced program

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Financial training role is essential
  • Experience within ERP projects including ECC6 and/or S4 Hana, is desirable
  • Skilled and experienced in the design and delivery of various learning and development solutions
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels
  • Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
  • Initiative and the ability to offer new creative ideas to learning
  • Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives of the project
  • Current knowledge of effective learning methods, including E-learning and system simulation
  • Proven E-learning development using Articulate 360
  • Face-to-Face training delivery experience

Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with the change team to understand the impacts to the business
  • Design and deliver learning content that harnesses current L&D trends and technological solutions through a range of channels
  • Work closely with Training Lead to make sure that you meet the required timelines to align with the organisation's wider development plans.
