Description

The need for this role within the organisation is to support 1st line support due to an influx of demand. Therefore, to be successful within this role the following skills and attributes must be demonstrated:

  • Communication and relationship skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Analytical and judgemental skills
  • Responsibility for policy/service development implementation
  • Technical Requirements:

    • Degree level or equivalent qualification or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
    • ITIL foundation certificate or demonstrable equivalent experience
    • Good general knowledge of common hardware and software applications
    • Knowledge of:
      • MS Windows 7/10
      • MS Active Directory
      • MS Windows server
      • MS Exchange
