Following recent additional investment, our client - a leading innovative tech business based in Bath, require a Lead Developer/Technical Architect to help drive forward the development of their cutting edge enterprise platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making key technology and architectural decisions for the software.
You will be an accomplished hands-on developer, contributing directly to the product codebase, whilst also setting the standards and practices for the rest of the growing technical team.
Acting as a key interface between different stakeholders, you will have excellent communication skills and will thrive in the dynamic environment of a growing company.
Skills
- Proven track record in the design and delivery of complex enterprise-class product software
- Working in an agile environment including the creation and refinement of user stories
- Scrum-master/technical project management
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
- Flexibility to work across multiple technologies and oversee the end-to-end software stack
- Ability to design and implement robust and secure RESTful APIs
- Configuration and management of Amazon AWS infrastructure
- Mentoring/coaching of less experienced developers
