Support Engineer (x5)
I am currently looking for 5 Support Engineers to join a globally leading broadcasting business based in near Southampton.
My client operates in a Linux Servers/AWS Cloud environment and this will be carrying out first line support on Servers & proprietary software.
PROJECT
- Monitoring systems and logging errors
- 1st line support for Linux Servers and proprietary software
- Troubleshooting issues
- Working in an ITIL/ServiceNow environment
EXPERIENCE
- Linux experience (navigating the command line)
- IT Background ideally in a 1st Line Support role
- Ideally worked in an ITIL environment
- Motivated to gain experience in AWS Cloud Environment
CONTRACT DETAILS
- 6 months+ with intent to extend
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
- Rate is negotiable (per day)
