2nd Line Support Engineer - West Suffolk - 3 months (Inside IR35) - £125 to £135 p/d

Provide customer focused Helpdesk and Desktop Support across the organisation by resolving incidents/problems and requests within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Supporting thousands of client devices predominantly on Windows 7/Windows 10 and Microsoft endpoint products. Working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a team with a strong drive/motivation and will know the value of providing outstanding customer service. They will have excellent organisation and communication skills and be keen to go above and beyond and get involved (where needed) in project work.

  • Proven IT Support Experience: Windows 7/Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2010 and 2016
