L2 Support - Troubleshooting

We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Technician to join one Europe's largest and fastest growing clients in a progressive and busy international team on a 6 months contract in Milan.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Technical trouble shooter experience
  • Experience in supporting all the development
  • Experience in working alongside the development team
  • Experience in dealing with end customer issues
  • Experience with packet core
  • Someone who can do troubleshooting and integration
  • Experience with Linux and related Virtualization technologies (any of the following: VMWare, OpenStack, OpenShift, KVM)
  • Troubleshooting on vEPC and Cloud integration level
  • Knowledge of ECM/LCM EO
  • E2E Troubleshooting capabilities both on vEPC and Cloud integration level
  • Kubernetes, dockers, OpenStack knowledge
  • Core networking
  • Packet core experience
  • Italian and English speaking
