L2 Support - Troubleshooting
We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Technician to join one Europe's largest and fastest growing clients in a progressive and busy international team on a 6 months contract in Milan.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Technical trouble shooter experience
- Experience in supporting all the development
- Experience in working alongside the development team
- Experience in dealing with end customer issues
- Experience with packet core
- Someone who can do troubleshooting and integration
- Experience with Linux and related Virtualization technologies (any of the following: VMWare, OpenStack, OpenShift, KVM)
- Troubleshooting on vEPC and Cloud integration level
- Knowledge of ECM/LCM EO
- E2E Troubleshooting capabilities both on vEPC and Cloud integration level
- Kubernetes, dockers, OpenStack knowledge
- Core networking
- Packet core experience
- Italian and English speaking
