An exciting requiremet has arisen for a number of Windows 10 Rollout Engineers within the Information Technology and Systems Team at my exciting client in Warwick.
The successful candidate will find themselves in a potentially long term ongoing role rolling out Windows 10 across desktops and laptops with a mixed bag of day to day duties and the opportunity to get your foot in the door with an organisation that has a variety of exciting upcoming projects.
Knowledge & Experience Required
* Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 and SCCM
* Previous experience in providing high quality technical support
* Previous experience rolling out Windows 10 and providing aftercare
* Excellent technical knowledge of desktop hardware
* Excellent customer service skills across a large end user base
* Hands-on IT troubleshooting experience
* Experience of common software tools, components and peripheral accessories
This position requires a full driving licence due to the field nature of Windows 10 rollouts.
The position is an initial 3 month contract falling inside of IR35 that is very likely to be extended due to the ongoing need for contractors within this and upcoming projects.
