Description
My client is looking for an Infrastructure Server and Storage Engineer to be based in Cardiff.
In this role:
- You will be responsible for providing 3rd line support to the business
- You will establish requirements for the new IT infrastructure and interpret their requirements to define system processess
- Ensure that the appropriate ITIL based service management processes are in place
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
The successful candidate will have experience of the following technologies:
- Windows Server ) - Maintenance, Management, Debugging and Diagnostics
- Hyper V & VMWare Virtualisation - Maintenance, Management, Debugging and Diagnostics
- Dell & HP Rack Server Maintenance
- HP 3PAR SAN Management
Please note, this role has been assessed as inside IR35, therefore candidates must be willing to operate under this decision.
