Description
The IT Support Analyst will be required to support the delivery of the rollout of Electronic Test Requesting implemented by the Digital Services team. You will be working as a member of the Digital Services Programmes team, the ETR Support Officer's prime responsibility is to provide project, organisational and administrative support to Product Specialists, Project Managers and Programme Managers of ETR.
As IT Support Analyst you will be required will be required to take responsibility and manage designated elements of projects eg supporting, facilitating and monitoring progress of projects as well as -
* Floor walk
* Liaise with IT Desktop support
* Resolve Printer issues
* Have a visible presence on-site
* Refill stock
* Signpost staff to E-learning packages
For this role you will have previous IT experience and have great communication skills.
This role is to start ASAP and will pay between £9.09 and £10.45 p/h PAYE (plus holiday and pension) or £10.98 and 12.75 Umbrella. This role is inside IR35.
