Description
A User Support Officer (Windows 10) is required for our client in Leicester for an initial 2 month contract.
You will be supporting integrated, complex End User solutions in a large, multi-site, multi-function organisation using a wide range of IT knowledge and skills in operating a range of applications and hardware to resolve service calls as quickly as possible to enable the customer to continue to deliver their business service.
You will use your skills as a problem solver to quickly establish the cause of the issue through appropriate questioning and enable a solution as quickly as possible, whilst at all times delivering a high level of diplomacy, confidence and customer care.
The ideal candidate will have experience of Windows 10 Migrations in addition to:
- SCCM
- End user and Desktop Security
- Data Protection
- Peripheral Devices
- Desktop, Laptop and Tablet support
