Description
An UI/UX Designer is required for my government client in Coventry, late Jan start.
Requirements:
- Work within an Agile, multi-disciplinary team environment, in a culture of continuous delivery and improvement
- Able to deliver lean UI design and rapid iteration of visuals such as user journey illustrations, inception, sketching, mocking up and rapid prototyping into each Sprint
- Work with user researchers, analysts and subject matter experts to absorb information effectively, embed user needs and translate it into the right user interfaces
- Clearly communicate user-centred design approach and decisions to the team
- Address the needs of all possible users so that no one is excluded, with particular reference to accessibility and assisted digital
- Work to established GOV style guidelines and design patterns, while remaining flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) Design Principles and Digital Service Standards
