Description
2 x User Researchers for discovery work are required for my government client in Coventry, Jan start.
Requirements:
- Discovery to understand user needs for digital services and web-content transformation
- Experience in user centred design practices
- Designing, facilitating and analysing a range of qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Sharing and presenting user research findings in a variety of formats and contexts, bringing actionable insights to the team
- Working in an Agile environment with designers and developers and product owners to develop digital services
- Experience of using analytics to further understand user behaviour and experience
Desirable
- Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) Design Principles and Digital Service Standards
