CMDB Service now Implementation Specialist is required by our global IT Services client to join a high profile customer project based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Required:
To be considered for this role you will have Good capability of ServiceNow Web service portal
- Service now Implementation Specialist & Admin
- Core module (Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, CMS)
- CMDB Implementation, Support and Data Normalization
- Good JavaScript coding capability. This includes the ServiceNow JavaScript classes, Angular framework and the custom configuration techniques of ServiceNow
- Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
- Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
