Description

The role of the Communications Coordinator/Scheduler is to organise, schedule and coordinate communication events, issue communications, facilitate user responses and support the User Adoption Communications Manager. Valid SC Clearance is an ESSENTIAL.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full administrative/scheduling support function which includes:

o Issuing communications in accordance with the agreed communications plan and communications distribution processes

o Monitoring a dedicated communications mailbox and facilitating user queries and responses

o Recording and tracking user responses using a communications tracker

o Logging Frequently Asked Questions and reporting them to the User Adoption Communications Manager

o Monitoring calendar invitations, chasing non responders and providing user invitation updates to the User Adoption Communications Manager.

o Organising and scheduling communication events on behalf of the User Adoption Communications Manager
